mommy to millions

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit mommytomillions.com or sign up for our emails, how we use it, and the choices you have. We have kept it plain on purpose.

1. Who we are

This website and the Mommy to Millions email list are operated by Gardner Innertainment LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), publisher of the book Mommy to Millions by Andrew Gardner.

• Email: info@mommytomillions.com

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your email address, when you sign up for The 10-Minute Money Meeting Kit or our email list.

• Your first name, if you choose to provide it.

• Anything you write to us when you email us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our pages or open our emails, the services we use record standard technical information: your IP address, approximate location based on that address, browser and device type, the page that referred you, the pages you view, and the date and time. Our email service also records whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked.

Information we do not collect

• We do not ask for or collect bank account numbers, card numbers, account balances, income, debts, Social Security numbers, or any other financial account details.

• The worksheets in the kit are for your own use. Whatever you write on them stays with you. We never see it.

• We do not currently take payments on this website. If you buy the book, you buy it from a retailer, and that retailer’s privacy policy covers the purchase.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above to:

• Send you the kit you asked for.

• Send you emails about Mommy to Millions, including release news and related educational content.

• Reply when you write to us.

• Understand which pages and emails are useful, so we can improve them.

• Keep our website and email list secure and prevent abuse.

• Meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are your consent (for emails you sign up to receive) and our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the website and list).

4. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers that run the site and the list for us. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

• Legal reasons. If the law, a court order, or a valid government request requires it, or to protect our rights, our readers, or the public.

• A change of ownership. If the business or the book is sold or reorganized, the email list may transfer to the new owner, who must continue to honor this policy or notify you of changes.

If you arrive from Pinterest or another site, that site has its own record of your click. Its privacy policy covers what it does with that.

5. Emails and how to stop them

You will only receive our emails if you signed up for them.

• Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click removes you.

• You can also email info@mommytomillions.com and ask to be removed.

• We process removal requests promptly, and always within 10 business days.

After you unsubscribe, we keep a record of your address on a suppression list so that we don’t email you again by mistake.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Our signup page and emails use a small number of cookies and similar tools, set by Kit and Cloudflare, to keep the page working and secure, to remember that you signed up, and to measure opens and clicks.

• We do not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking pixels.

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The signup form will still work.

• Turning off image loading in your email app prevents open tracking.

• Browsers send different “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals. Because we don’t sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing for those signals to switch off here.

7. How long we keep your information

• Email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.

• Suppression record: kept after you unsubscribe, for as long as needed to make sure we don’t email you again.

• Emails you send us: for as long as needed to answer you and keep a reasonable record.

• Technical logs: for the periods set by our service providers.

8. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

9. Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal information we hold about you.

• Correct it if it is wrong.

• Delete it.

• Stop emailing you.

Email info@mommytomillions.com from the address you signed up with. We will respond within 30 days. We won’t charge you, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. We may need to confirm your identity, which we do by replying to the email address on our list.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, such as the right to object to or restrict certain uses, to receive your information in a portable format, to withdraw consent, to appeal a decision we make about your request, or to complain to your data protection authority or state attorney general. We will honor valid requests under the law that applies to you.

10. Children

This website and our emails are written for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and we limit access to it. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. If we learn of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

12. Links to other sites

Our pages and emails may link to other websites, such as book retailers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them information.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information you already gave us, we will email you before it takes effect.
