Effective date: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Gardner Innertainment LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), publisher of Mommy to Millions by Andrew Gardner. They cover your use of mommytomillions.com, our emails, The 10-Minute Money Meeting Kit, and any other free materials we provide (together, the “Materials”).
1. Agreeing to these Terms
By visiting the website, signing up for our emails, or downloading or using the Materials, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
You must be at least 18 years old to sign up or use the Materials.
2. Educational only. Not financial advice.
The Materials are general education and organization tools. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, credit-counseling, or mental-health advice.
• We are not your financial advisor, accountant, attorney, or counselor. Using the Materials or emailing us does not create any professional or advisory relationship.
• The Materials do not take your personal circumstances into account. What suits one household may not suit yours.
• Before making decisions about debt, taxes, investments, insurance, benefits, or legal matters, talk to a qualified professional who knows your situation.
• Faith-based reflections in the Materials are offered as encouragement. They are not pastoral counseling and are not a promise of any financial outcome.
You are responsible for your own decisions and their results.
3. No promise of results
We do not promise or guarantee any result. That includes any amount of income, savings, debt reduction, wealth, or financial improvement, and any timeline for achieving one.
• The word “Millions” in Mommy to Millions is the title of a book. It is not a claim, prediction, or promise that you will earn, save, or accumulate any amount of money.
• Any people described in the Materials are composites, and any numbers are hypothetical examples used for illustration. They are not typical results, and they are not results that any actual reader has achieved.
• Your results depend on many things we don’t control, including your income, expenses, obligations, effort, and circumstances. Some people who use the Materials will see no financial change at all.
4. What you may and may not do with the Materials
The Materials, including the text, worksheets, design, and the Mommy to Millions name and logo, belong to us and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable permission to:
• Download the kit and print as many copies of its pages as you need for your own household’s personal use.
• Share the link to our signup page with anyone.
Without our written permission, you may not:
• Sell, rent, or license the Materials, or include them in anything you sell.
• Post, upload, or distribute the files themselves, in whole or in part, on any website, group, or file-sharing service.
• Remove our name, copyright notice, or web address.
• Edit the Materials and present them as your own, or use them to train or teach in a paid setting.
• Use the Mommy to Millions name or logo in a way that suggests we sponsor or endorse you.
For permission to use the Materials in a class, church group, nonprofit, or business, email info@mommytomillions.com.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
5. Emails
When you sign up, you agree to receive the kit and emails from us about Mommy to Millions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
6. Using the website fairly
You agree not to:
• Sign up with an email address that isn’t yours, or with false information.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools on the website or signup form.
• Interfere with the website’s security or operation, or try to access anything you aren’t authorized to.
• Use the website or Materials for anything unlawful.
We may remove anyone from the email list or block access to the website if these Terms are broken.
7. Other websites and services
The website and our emails may link to other sites, such as book retailers and Pinterest, and rely on outside services to operate. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or practices. Purchases you make from a retailer are between you and that retailer.
8. Provided “as is”
The website and Materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We work to keep the Materials accurate and useful, but we don’t warrant that they are complete, current, or error-free, or that the website will always be available. Laws, rates, and financial products change, and the Materials may not reflect the latest changes.
9. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
• We, and our owners, authors, and contractors, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost income, lost savings, fees, penalties, or financial losses, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website or Materials.
• Our total liability for any claim relating to the website or Materials is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Materials in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.
Some states and countries don’t allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of Sections 8 and 9 may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Your responsibility to us
If you break these Terms or misuse the Materials, and that causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows.
11. Governing law and disputes
• Talk to us first. If you have a concern, email info@mommytomillions.com. Both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it for at least 30 days before taking formal action.
• Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
• Where claims are brought. Any claim that isn’t resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and both sides consent to those courts. This does not take away any consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
• Time limit. To the extent the law allows, a claim must be filed within one year after the event that gave rise to it.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the website or Materials after an update means you accept the new Terms.
13. General
• If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given it up.
• These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the website and Materials.
• You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
